From thumbnails to operations—building the channel.

I work as a professional private tutor, independently and with Todai Bansou. This page also traces the work I led during its launch.
After a gap year, I entered the University of Tokyo through recommendation-based admission. The experience taught me to plan backwards, diagnose what is not working and rebuild a path without losing the destination. Todai Bansou offered a way to turn that experience into practical support for students and parents.
Entrance examinations affect the whole family.
Yet parents have surprisingly few places to ask how best to support a child. That gap is where our work begins.
Today I teach students directly, both independently and through Todai Bansou. During the launch phase, I also planned and operated social-media and YouTube output, created visual content and helped build the training system for tutors.

The purpose of guidance is eventually to become unnecessary: the student learns to decide, plan and move forward.
A family should not have to carry every uncertainty by itself. Advice must be available before pressure accumulates.
Online study rooms and regular conversations support the unremarkable daily work from which progress is made.
