Drawing on experience across several tutoring services, private engagements and Todai Bansou, I support students from goal setting to their day-to-day study.

After a gap year, I entered the University of Tokyo through recommendation-based admission. That experience taught me how to work backwards from a goal and how to rebuild a plan when progress stalls. In tutoring, I go beyond solving problems during the lesson: study plans, use of materials and review methods are tailored to each student.

Understanding is only the first step.
The goal is for a student to reproduce the process independently. I aim to be someone both the student and their family can consult without hesitation.

Working as a professional tutor.
Todai Bansou is onepart of that practice.

I currently teach through several tutoring services, private engagements and Todai Bansou. The work begins with understanding each student's situation and turning the route to their goal into specific, manageable steps. During the launch of Todai Bansou, I also contributed to social-media and YouTube production and to tutor training.

Zero to One · Launch and Growth

From a zero-revenue launch—
teaching and marketing together.

I joined Todai Bansou when the service had not yet generated revenue. Alongside teaching students as a professional tutor, I brought what I learned from students and families back into the marketing. Drawing on experience with X and Threads, YouTube planning and video editing, and editing work at QuizKnock, I contributed across communication, production and tutor training to help build the foundation for growth.

The purpose of guidance is eventually to become unnecessary: the student learns to decide, plan and move forward.

Parents are not left alone

A family should not have to carry every uncertainty by itself. Advice must be available before pressure accumulates.
