• Page views, referrer and device category processed by Vercel Web Analytics to improve the site

3. Purposes

• Responding to enquiries, verifying identity where needed and discussing requests
• Preventing misuse and maintaining the security and operation of the site
• Understanding usage in a form that does not directly identify visitors and improving the site
• Meeting legal obligations and resolving disputes

4. Service providers

The contact form uses Formspree, while hosting and analytics use Vercel. These providers may process necessary information, including outside Japan, under their respective terms and privacy policies.

5. Disclosure to third parties

Personal information is not sold. It is not disclosed without your consent except where required by law, necessary to protect life, safety or property, or entrusted to the providers above to the extent needed for the stated purposes.

Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above and legal requirements, then deleted by reasonable means. Reasonable safeguards are used against unauthorised access, loss, alteration and leakage.
